Standard Setup
Free setup includes Action Hosting's Standard Setup package which includes minimal requirements to enable the end-user to launch a single site. Any additional setup requirements requested by the end-user will be at extra cost.

Server Resources
A web site is expected to consume reasonable Action Hosting network and server resources. These resources include, but are not limited to, CPU cycles, memory usage and/or bandwidth usage. Any site that uses a high amount of network or server resources may be required to pay additional fees (depending on the type of resource being used), reduce the amount of resources used or required to upgrade to dedicated hosting. Any site that is deemed to be using Action Hosting resources adversely may be suspended or shut down without prior notice. Action Hosting will be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high resource usage level.

Spamming
Action Hosting prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial emails via its network, irrespective of whether it affects the server or network resources. This policy includes, but is not limited to, maintaining an open SMTP policy and facilitating the sending or receiving of spam (both directly and indirectly). Violators will face immediate suspesion and/or legal action, without prior notice. Action Hosting reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Content and Copyright Infringements
Action Hosting does not currently allow pornography or other adult-oriented sites on its servers. Furthermore, storing, posting, displaying or facilitating the transmission of child pornography is strictly prohibited. Violators will be suspended immeditately and reported to the proper law enforcement authorities. Action Hosting also prohibits the transmission of illegal content through its networks. This includes copyright infrigement of music and movies. Violations of server and network security ("hacking") is prohibited and may result in ciminal and civil liability. This includes using Action Hosting networks or equipment to tranmit viruses, spyware and/or adware.
